At Varenza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, swimwear) unless faulty
  • Digital products or downloadable content

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorisation from us.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider. If you still have not received it, please contact us and we will investigate.
